This Site has the capability to display you own listings if you have any..if you have no listings then it can be programmed to select the best VA or HUD properties and display them as your personal listings. This is acceptable to VA and HUD as long as they are identified as government properties and as non exclusive listings.

Master listing for VA is updated each 3 weeks as the new list comes out. Master Listing for HUD is updated each Thursday as their new listing is posted. Both the HUD and VA sold list is updated each 24 hours as properties are reported sold. A red or green dot next to each property notes the property status. These dots change daily each 24 hours. Most of the properties will have a color photo posted within 24 hours following the listing.

Notes under each property show details such as condition of property, number of days on market, date on market, date an offer was accepted if the property has fallen thru and came back to the market., in work to add the school system that goes with each property. Maps are included with each color photo.

If you would like hard copy, feel free to print out and mail or post any color photos on the site. We are working on a program to allow you to click and email any photos to your clients.

Each quarter you site is registered with 5,100 search engines and the list of engines grows every day. We resubmit each quarter, to prevent you from getting lost in the mill. We work hard to make your presence known on the web. You will get visitors!

From the menu you may select any order to sort the list. Such as subdivision, City, cost, mapbook and etc...if you desire any other sorts, please let me know as I want to improve the system to your needs.
